เงินเดือนของงานด้านภาษาญี่ปุ่น

วันนี้ง่วงกะว่าจะเข้านอนเร็วแต่หัวค่ำ นอนไปได้สัก 1 ชั่วโมงมีเพื่อนคนนึงโทรมาคุยเกี่ยวกับเรื่องสมัยมหาวิทยาลัย ว่าทำไมถึงเลือกเรียนคณะนี้ ตอนนี้คิดอะไร ตั้งเป้าอะไรไว้ พอคุยกันไปผมจึงฉุกคิดขึ้นมาได้ว่าผมเป็นคนนึงที่เลือกเรียนคณะวิชาในมหาวิทยาลัยตามสิ่งที่เราคิดว่าเราชอบ อยากรู้(บ้าง)และเรียนได้ด้วยความตั้งใจ แต่ไม่ได้คิดเลยว่าจบออกมาแล้วจะทำงานอะไร ได้เงินเดือนเท่าไหร่ ใช้ชีวิตประกอบวิชาชีพอะไร เรียนคณะอะไรที่ได้เงินดี หางานง่าย และได้เปรียบกว่าวิชาอื่นๆ

ตั้งแต่ม.ต้นถึง ม.ปลาย ผมมีวิชาแนะแนวซึ่งจะคอยแนะนำการใช้ชีวิตและชี้ช่องทางในอนาคต และมีห้องแนะแนวที่เด็กนักเรียนสามารถเข้าไปปรึกษาปัญหาต่างๆกับอาจารย์ได้

อาจารย์แนะแนวคอยให้คำปรึกษาให้คำแนะนำในเรื่องการเรียนในม.ปลายและการเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย ภาพรวมการเรียนในมหาวิทยาลัย

แต่ในวิชาแนะแนวสำหรับผมแล้วไม่เคยได้รับข้อมูลอาชีพต่างๆ การใช้ชีวิตในสังคม หรือเงินเดือนในแต่ละวิชาชีพจากอาจารย์แนะแนวเลย

หลังจากจบมหาวิทยาลัยหรือจบการศึกษาทุกคนย่อมต้องใช้ชีวิตในสังคม ตามแต่ละอาชีพต่างๆกันไป บางคนอาจจะไม่มีอาชีพก็ว่ากันไป(ประมาณว่ามีเงินถุงเงินถัง) แต่สุดท้ายแล้วเวลาในชีวิตส่วนใหญ่จะอยู่ในช่วงวัยทำงานนี้

ตอนเป็นเด็กผมได้รับคำแนะนำและคิดแต่จะเรียนมหาวิทยาลัยในสิ่งที่ตัวเองเรียนได้ และชอบ ผมเลือกเรียนคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ภาษาญี่ปุ่น เพราะติดเกม และคิดว่าสิ่งนี้ผมได้เรียนจะมีความสนใจเรียนได้มากกว่าเรียนวิชายากๆอื่นๆ และไม่เคยคิดเลยว่าจบออกมาจะทำอะไร มีแต่ถามพี่ที่รู้จักนิดหน่อยในตอนก่อนจะเลือกคณะนี้ “ว่าเรียนญี่ปุ่นแล้วจบออกมาทำอะไรได้มั้ง” พี่ก็ตอบแบบคร่าวว่าตลาดกำลังต้องการอยู่เยอะ เงินเดือนก็ไม่เลว

ผมก็ไม่ต้องการรู้อะไรมากกว่านั้นได้ข้อมูลแค่นี้ก็พอโอเคว่าน่าจะมีงานอะไรให้ทำบ้างตอนจบมา
ผมเรียนไปจนถึงปี 3 ตอนนั้นฐานะทางบ้านเริ่มย่ำแย่ ผมจึงนึกถึงอนาคต นึกถึงการหาเงินของเรา หากเราจบออกมาเราจะทำอะไร เราจะเลี้ยงคนทางบ้านไหวเหรอ เงินเดือนของคณะที่เราเรียนมันเป็นสักเท่าไหร่ ผมจึงถามอาจารย์ว่าโดยปกติเงินเดือนของคนที่จบภาษาญี่ปุ่นเริ่มต้นเท่าไหร่ ขั้นต่ำเท่าไหร่ สูงสุดประมาณเท่าไหร่

ที่จริงแล้วคำถามนี้ผมควรจะรู้ก่อนที่จะเข้ามหาวิทยาลัยแล้ว

หลังจากที่ผมรู้ว่าเงินเดือนที่สูงๆนั้นเป็นเท่าไหร่ และต้องการอะไรบ้างในการที่จะทำให้เงินเราได้เท่านั้น ผมก็เริ่มตั้งใจเรียนเพือ่ไปให้ถึงระดับนั้น

ผมคิดว่าการให้ข้อมูลเงินเดือนของแต่ละอาชีพกับเด็กม.ปลายก่อนที่จะติดสินใจเลือกคณะที่จะเรียนในมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นมาก เพราะเกี่ยวพันถึงด้านเศรษฐกิจในชีวิตของเค้าและประเทศ หากทุกคนมีเงินและฐานะที่ดีได้ ก็จะทำให้ประเทศมีเศรษฐกิจที่ดีขึ้น เด็กจะสามารถตัดสินใจได้ว่าเสียเงินเสียเวลาเรียนอะไรไปแล้วจะได้เงินเดือน หรือสิ่งตอบแทนกลับมาคุ้มค่าแค่ไหน และมีเหตุผลในการเรียนเพื่อเป้าหมายในอนาคตมากกว่าความชอบหรือความสบาย (อย่างที่ผมเป็น)

สำหรับผมซึ่งเรียนมาทางด้านภาษาญี่ปุ่นจะขออนุญาตให้ข้อมูลในสายอาชีพนี้เล็กๆน้อยๆนะครับ (บางข้อมูลผมเสียเงินลงคอร์สสัมนาเพื่อให้ทราบข้อมูล)

จากประสบการณ์ที่ผ่านมาและข้อมูลต่างๆที่ได้รับจากอาจารย์และรุ่นพี่ทั้งหลายผู้ที่ทำงานด้านภาษาญี่ปุ่นและทำงานในเมืองไทยจะมีเงินเดือนแรกเริ่มตั้งแต่ 12000 บาท -60000 บาท ซึ่งจะแตกต่างกันตามระดับความสามารถของภาษาญี่ปุ่น

ผมเคยเจอน้องคนนึงจบจุฬา มีประสบการณ์ทำงานมาปีกว่าๆ ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับ 1 โทอิคเกือบเต็ม ได้เงินเดือน 5 หมื่นกว่าๆ(เป็นงานสัญญาจ้างชั่วคราว)

*เรทต่างๆเหล่านี้คือที่ข้อมูลที่ผมรู้และบางเรทมีประสบการณ์ตรง แต่แท้จริงเพดานอาจจะมากกว่านั้น

อัตราค่าแปลเอกสารที่นักแปลภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้รับ คือ 100 -1500 บาท (ประสบการณ์ตรงผมเคยโดนร้านรับแปลเอกสารขอให้แปลได้หน้าละ 100 บาท)

งานล่ามรายวันตั้งแต่ 2000 – 40000 บาทต่อวัน
ไกด์ 4500 บาท/วัน ครึ่งวัน 3000 บาท ล่ามเจรจาธุรกิจ 6000 บาท/วัน ล่ามการประชุม 12000 บาท/วัน ล่ามการประชุมใหญ่ 15000 บาท/วัน
